List of Requirements for ProFriends Projects

Buyers are given up to 60  days from reservation to complete the requirements. The usual requirements for bank and inhouse financing are as follows:

Requirements for buyers

  1. 3 pcs 1x1 ID pictures
  2. Photocopy of 2 Valid Government Id (include passport)
  3. Photocopy of Birth Certificate (if single)
  4. Photocopy of Marriage Certificate (if married)
  5. TIN Number
  6. Proof of Billing
  7. Photocopy of  Community Tax Certificate (Cedula, if locally employed)
  8. Photocopy if Income Tax Return
  9. Post Dated Checks for the monthly DP

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE REPRESENTATIVE

  1. SPA Form (Consularized if buyer is OFW)
  2. 3 pcs 1x1 ID pictures
  3. Photocopy of 2 Valid IDs
  4. Photocopy of Community Tax Certificate (Cedula)

Proof of Income (Only upon Bank's request)

  1. Photocopy of Job Contract (0nly if)
  2. Original Certificate of Employment with Compensation (Consularized if OFW)
  3. Latest 3 months pay slip or proof of remittances

NOTE: Project has no Net Disposable Income (NDI) requirements. Therefore, no proof of income documents will need to be submitted, unless bank asks for them.
