    8. Photocopy of  Community Tax Certificate (Cedula, Buyer and Spouse)

    Proof of Income for OFW

    1. Photocopy of Job Contract
    2. Latest 3 months pay slip
    3. 3 months proof of remittances or 6 month bank statement

    Proof of Income for Locally Employed

    1. Original Certificate of Employment with Compensation
    2. Latest 3 months pay slip
    3. Income Tax Return
    4. 6 months bank statement

    1. Post-Dated Checks for the DP

    3. SPA form (if needed) - needs to be consularized if buyer or spouse was not in the country
